Costa Kitchens, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to the consumer are available conditioned upon the consumer’s acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing product’s from us, the consumer will be engaged in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following “Terms & Conditions” including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These “Terms & Conditions” apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
All orders made from Costa Kitchens, LLC. will be accepted online only with full payment required before an order can be processed. The following payments are accepted; Credit Card, Debit Card, E-Checks, or PayPal. Once an order has been processed, no additional changes can be made. However, additional items can be processed online as a new order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, and orders that use the same billing/shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you through e-mail and/or the phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card information, and expiration dates so your transactions can be completed and we may contact you as needed.
In stock products typically take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered, delivery timing may vary during Holidays. Once your product is ready to ship, a tracking number will be provided to you.
Orders can only be canceled within the first 72 hours. Beyond 72 hours, we cannot guarantee that any refund or credit will be given.
If for any reason you feel the need to return or cancel an order then please contact and send a request to email@example.com for a “Return Merchandise Authorization & Claim Form”.
All returned items must be returned in “new” or “like new” condition, in undamaged original manufacturer’s packaging and crating materials when applicable and with all original product materials, manuals and instructions.
Once approved for a “Return Merchandise Authorization & Claim Form” the consumer will then be provided a claim number. When and only when you receive this claim number you may fill out our “Return Merchandise Authorization & Claim Form” and mail it back to us. Please review the entire form and fill out all section that pertains to you.
Costa Kitchens, LLC is not reliable for any product returns that are sent to the warehouse without an authorization claim number and form. Products may be lost, damaged, or restocked for consumer usage if unable to contact.
If the consumer refuses an item delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than externally visible damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be taken care of as a customer return, and charges shall be applied. Any additional freight carrier charges shall be billed to the consumer as well.
Products that are deemed refundable will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products and services may have limited quantities. These products may be subjected to returns or exchanges according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated to, limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Costa Kitchen, LLC will provide access to third-party tools over which we will have no liability for any third-party modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Costa Kitchens, LLC provides the consumer access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to the consumer use of optional third-party tools. Any use of optional tools is entirely at the consumer's own risk and discretion. Be aware and understand the terms of which the tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services, and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). These as well will be subjected to our Terms & Conditions.
